Frequently Asked Questions

How does this work?

After we confirm that we are able to fit your specific needs, you fax or email us your script, book an appointment online, and submit deposit. Final confirmation of your appointment will come through text. On the day of your appointment, we will let you know when we are 30 minutes away. You choose a comfortable spot that works for you (favorite lounger, kitchen table, your desk, whatever!) and we will complete the draw. After the blood is collected, we drop or send it off to the lab for processing.

How far do you travel?

We are based in central Fairfield County, CT and are willing to travel 20 miles from our base in downtown Bethel, CT. We are open to traveling outside of this radius for an additional travel fee.

How much does it cost?

Our base rate is $95 per draw paid at the time of booking. Specialty kits are $115 per draw which includes the processing and shipping (each addt'l kit $40). How can I trust my health info will be protected?

We are committed to your privacy and confidentiality, strictly adhering to the same HIPAA standards as any other doctor office or blood collection centers. We offer a HIPAA-compliant fax number for transferring documents: (866) 431-7161.
